The South Korean sensation IU has collaborated with BTS member V for her single “Love Wins All”. The music video of the song was dropped at midnight KST and fans can’t stop gushing over the video and the music track. But one thing that everyone is going gaga about is the on-screen chemistry between IU and BTS’ V.
Recently, some behind-the-scenes pictures of the “Love Wins All” have been surfacing online, which showcased the incredible chemistry IU and V have. The two idols have been close friends for a while, and V has repeatedly asserted how he respects IU and looks up to her.
The behind-the-scenes photos show the two friends as they engage in a little fun off-screen. IU and V are all smiles in the BTS pics, which depict the comfort and bond the two idols have with each other.
When IU was asked about what is the most memorable experience she has had with her co-star during the shoot, the idol talked about the scene wherein she’s running with V’s hands clasped tightly in hers.
The 30-year-old Lee Ji-eun, also known by her stage name IU, also recalled a scene when the temperature dropped sharply during the shoot, and how she was shivering through it. However, the singer said she was glad for the circumstances of that day as her shivering helped her accurately depict her and her co-star’s facial features.
What is the concept of ‘Love Wins All’?
The music video of ‘Love Wins All’ depicts the story of the couple who are hurt and escaping from an unidentified cube object in the woods. They are basically running awat from the chaos caused by a square-boxed alien.
Is there a connection between “Love Wins All” and BTS’ Suga’s YouTube series “Suchwita”?
Despite being an emotional song, fans have found a hilarious angle to the track. In the end-credit scene, the cube was given a special place and credited as a “special guest.” This led many to jokingly draw the connection between the evil cube and the “sugar cube” which was featured in the BTS’ Suga YouTube series, “Suchwita”.
Some of their fans are even claiming that the weird box featured in the music video “Love Wins All” is from a talk show “Suchwita”.
Basically, in “Suchwita” the sugar cube hid the identity of a special guest, and it appeared in every teaser of the YouTube series.
