Who debuted in Universe Ticket?
Universe Ticket was SBS’s first entertainment survival show. The purpose of the show was to scout out suitable idols who would join the lineup of a new girl group named UNIS.
In this show, 82 contestants participated in a series of tasks, and the individual who got to the finale so that they can be part of a global K-pop girl group.
Elisia Parmisano was the first member of UNIS to make it to the group lineup. Bang Yunha and Nana were the next contestants to join the band.
The final members, Gehlee Dangca, Kotoko, Elisia, Oh Yoona, and Kim Seo Won, were chosen through a combination of fan ticketing and points amassed during the show.
Who is the leader of UNIS?
F&F Entertainment, the management agency of UNIS, has not officially confirmed nor made any announcement regarding the band’s leaders. It’s a common practice for the eldest member to helm the group, as that idol is seen as wise and experienced.
Jin Hyeon Ju is the oldest member of UNIS so there are speculations that she can be the leader of UNIS.
As such, there is a huge possibility that she could be the leader of the girl group. Keep in mind that these are just speculations, as the leader of a K-pop band can be decided via company decisions, internal votes, and fans’ choices. And who knows, maybe UNIS might not have a leader at all!
